Getting Your Share
Winter Shares: On-Farm Pick-Up ($500)
Shares can be picked up at the farm (
directions) between 12:30PM and 6PM on your assigned day. For 2011-12, we are offering on-farm pick-up on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
Winter Shares: On-Farm Pick-Up GROUP($500)
The On-Farm Pick-Up Group for winter shares is designed for shareholders who live a little farther from the farm. Join a pick-up group to save the delivery fee and share the driving! We can help you connect with other families in your neighborhood, so you can take turns traveling to the farm to collect shares. (There are eight share days per season. If there are four families in your pick-up group, you could come to the farm just twice during the 5 month season.) When it's your turn to come to the farm, you are responsible for packing up shares for all the families in your group and transporting them to an agreed-upon site in your neighborhood (usually the garage, porch, or mudroom of one member of the group.)
Winter Shares - Group Delivery ($550)
We will deliver a minimum of 5 winter shares to a home, office, church or school.
Host your own group or we will help you find one near-by. Before the start of the season, we will work with your schedule to assign a delivery day (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and a two-hour window when your delivery will arrive. The schedule will be arranged based on your site's needs. (For example, we'll deliver to schools before the end of the school day, etc.).
Winter Shares: Door-To-Door Delivery ($650)
We will deliver your winter share right to your door. Before the start of the season, we will work with your schedule to assign a delivery day (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and a two-hour window when your delivery will arrive.
Meat Shares: On-Farm Pick-Up Only (Small: $450; Large: $700)
Meat shares will be distributed at the farm from 12PM - 6PM on two different share days (TBD in the fall). The first distribution will be in November, the week before Thanksgiving; the second date will be in late February or early March. All of the meats will be frozen, with the possible exception of the Thanksgiving turkey.
Pantry Shares: On-Farm Pick-Up ($150)
Pantry shares can be picked up at the farm in November during your regularly scheduled winter share or meat share pick-up. (You will receive your whole pantry share in one distribution because everything included is shelf-stable.)
Pantry Shares: Delivery ($175)
You can choose to have your pantry share delivered to you in November with your regularly scheduled winter share delivery. Even if you are not participating in a winter share, we can drop off your pantry share at the closest regular winter share delivery site. (You will receive your whole pantry share in one distribution because everything included is shelf-stable.)
