CSA Member Survey.

Wolf Pine Farm End of Year Survey

The feedback from this survey will be one of our primary planning tools for next season. Please share your ideas with us so that we can work to make the CSA an even better experience for everyone. If we have left off anything that you would like us to know about, drop us an email or a note in the mail.

Did your family use the full share or did you regularly split with another household? (Splitters can each fill out a separate survey)

How many individuals are in your household (adults/kids)?

Were you involved in a pickup group?

If you were involved in a pickup group, tell us what did and did not work well.

What made you decide to join the CSA?

What did you like most about Wolf Pine Farm CSA?

How do you think we could improve? (for crop specific suggestions, see below)

Please share your comments on the newsletter. Did you find the recipes to be helpful? Did you like being able to read it online? Would an email with important notes and links to the website be just as useful or do you like the print copy?

Do you plan on being part of the CSA next year? If not, what are your reasons for leaving?

What was your overall impression of the weekly share throughout the season?

Let us know what types of things you would like to see more of. What are your reasons for wanting more of these things? Are there any new crops that you would like to see us grow?

What types of things should we grow less of or none at all? Please let us know why you think this. If there was something that you received too much of in a given week or throughout the season, please let us know what you think an ideal quantity & distribution would be.

Did your household preserve (dry, freeze, can, etc.) any excess produce this season? Were you happy with this excess?

Please describe to us your cooking style and habits. The way a share is used depends greatly on how people cook and we want to understand your needs better. (Do you follow recipes only, do you go out and shop for what you do not get from us, do you come up with ways to use only what you get from the CSA each week, do you make certain types of dishes very regularly, do you have a special method for using the share each week?, etc.)
